What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation, focus, and increased suggestibility.

It’s a common misconception that, during hypno, you are totally wiped out.

The reality is that you can be very much aware of what’s going on, what’s being said - in the same way that you might find yourself lost in thought, music, or immersed in work - only for you to snap out of it and wonder where the time went!

The difference during hypnotherapy is that you’re being guided into this deep mental state by your teacher, in this case Rona.
