That's our mission - to actually show you the mental skills required to strengthen your mind, so you can simply head out and play great golf more often.

But this isn't just about lowering your handicap (which we guarantee you will), it's also about enjoying your golf more.

Our team

We're Andy, Kate and James. Three dedicated, passionate golfers (just like you) who quit our jobs during the pandemic to turn our passion for golf, the mental game, and mental wellbeing into something meaningful - that helps other golfers maximise their performance and enjoyment of this incredible game.

We’ve all experienced a rocky relationship with golf - wrist injuries, the yips... it has pushed us all to the limit; James nearly walked away for good!

But that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as it was on the road to mastering our mental games that we discovered a healthier, happier mindset for golf, and a renewed appreciation of the role our minds play in enjoying each shot, each hole, each round.

That's what Golf Guru is all about. To try and help you with the mental game, whatever your struggles, to help you play better golf for the rest of your life.
